No more Lesson plans to write. No more tests to grade. No longer are my boys my homeschool students. I am changing out of my homeschool hat into my personal hobbies hat. Gardening, fitness, photography, part time employment.
We have the wonderful oppurtunity to host 2 Boys from Japan. They are here as part of a Homestay Program and are taking English/Culture classes. Here are some pictures of our Japense boys.

That is exciting! :-)
Yeah! We used to have exchange students from France, great fun.
I heard on the radio that Japanese is the fastest 'growing' language due to the popularity of anime and Magna!
Cheers
that is a wonderful opportunity for your boys as well as the boys from Japan. My ex-husband is 1/4 japanese and two of my daughter's are 1/8.
How fun!
Is that a game they are playing? With the plastic, colored triangles?
That sounds wonderful! I know a Japanese guy at Mansfield who is doing graduate work there, and he is really cool.
I hope things work out really well for all of you. I will be back with great anticipation!
