I think they would make great gifts or maybe could be turned into an online business. Beads to help people know when to re-apply their sunscreen.
Keep up the GREAT work!katjanduhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14770732520888255148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7850464788578280112.post-67504039132010923912008-08-23T17:52:00.000-07:002008-08-23T17:52:00.000-07:00They look like such fun!And I couldn't help but no...They look like such fun!
And I couldn't help but notice that your blog entry changed colors, too!

Was your computer out in the sun? :)Elisheva Hannah Levinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16061377724926154037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7850464788578280112.post-13847421940483383582008-08-23T13:19:00.000-07:002008-08-23T13:19:00.000-07:00Lots of parents are helping their kids make bracel...Lots of parents are helping their kids make bracelets out of the Steve Spangler beads. Then, you've got an art project that the kids can wear, and, more importantly, you've got a way to know when it's time to re-apply the sunscreen! It lets the child learn responsibility for that, too. Just both of you keep watch on that bracelet (coat it with sunscreen, too) and when the beads start turning colors, it's time for more sunscreen!

Have you signed up for the Experiment of the Week over on Steve Spangler's website? It's awesome! We haven't had a dull day yet this summer, and I haven't had to BUY anything, either. All of the experiments were such that we could do them with stuff I already had in the pantry.

http://www.stevespanglerscience.com/experiment-of-the-week.html?source=blogMamacita (The REAL one)https://www.blogger.com/profile/15400978384217375737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7850464788578280112.post-136996254553254432008-08-23T04:00:00.000-07:002008-08-23T04:00:00.000-07:00That is really cool! That is really cool!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
